KPC provides procurement services to member SFAs who participate in the Federal Child Nutrition Program.

KPC Procurement Plan

KPC has contracted with several suppliers to ensure the success of your organization’s nutrition services program. The KPC website has information on membership and procurement plans.

KPC has contracted with several Dairy and Bakery suppliers to service nutrition programs throughout the state of Kentucky. The contracts allow for even the smallest of operations to be serviced at a discounted price.

Grocery Bid

Gordon Food Service (GFS) is KPC’s current prime grocery supplier. They have provided KPC with aggressive pricing based on member usage history. Members that utilize this bid agree to purchase the awarded line items from GFS.

Menu Development software

KPC has awarded Pro•Team Foodservice Advisors with a nutrition software bid. Their software not only allows nutrition programs to create and manage their menus but provides a portal for students and parents too.

Consulting Services

Pro•Team Foodservice Advisors has been awarded a consulting contract through KPC to provide members with services that can help the success of your current nutrition program.
